Do You have a Safe Mattress?

Sleep is crucial to living a balanced healthy life.  Few things have as powerful an influence on our lives and health.   Our bodies work the hardest when we are sleeping.    Our natural sleep and wake patterns are regulated by light.  Working on the computer, watching television, or reading under fluorescent lights at night can cause your brain to think it is morning, and interrupt the natural sleep wake cycle.  

Sleep and Discomfort

If you are achy or sore, you probably toss and turn, or wake up many times during the night, decreasing  the quantity and quality of sleep.  It’s a cycle that can wreak havoc on your body if not stopped.    Symptoms feel worse when you don’t get enough deep healing sleep. Also most mattresses have carcinergenic (cancer causing) Flame Retardant Chemicals required by law that are very toxic to your health .
